I’ve been seeing Michelle Young for some time now. Being a person who has been in and out of therapy my entire life, it’s usually difficult for me to connect with people. With Michelle, I found it incredibly easy to connect. I’m able to be open, honest and vulnerable with her. More so than most people in my life and that is because she creates an environment and relationship that fosters trust and security. The atmosphere in the office is warm, inviting and safe. I would recommend Heather to anybody who needs a good, caring counselor. She always listened to me and made me feel so comfortable! She has given me great feedback during our sessions. Heather taught me some awesome tools that I still am able to use to this day when I need to. I've had many many counselors, none of which made an impact the way Heather did.

I have been seeing Michelle for about 4 months now, she is amazing!!! I
have been in and out of counseling since I was 12. I have never met a counselor like her. I would never be honest with them or trust them. Michelle has made me feel so comfortable and able to finally trust someone. She has helped me bring back my confidence. To be totally honest, if it was not for Michelle and my advocate I probably would not be here writing this review, it has been a long 5 months for me and I look back at that first day and can not believe how far I have come. I love that I can trust her and open up to her. Also my daughter sees Michelle, first time I have took her to see a counselor. my daughter is very laidback, don't say much, don't feel her emotions or expresses them. I was so nervous and didn't not know to take her or not. When I went back to pick her up, she said mom when do I get to see her again with the biggest smile! Made my whole night. She is amazing with children also.

Best counselor I've ever had! I finally have a feeling of safety to be able to open up and actually work through my past trauma. I realize that the more than 20 years of damage can't be fixed overnight however in the short amount of time I've been seeing Heather Beck I already see many changes in my daily routines and attitude that I never even knew needed work and I feel so much happier! The burden that I carry is still there, but it is getting lighter after each session I thank God for bringing Heather into my life every day!
